Yes, we currently ship across the U.S.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying retail orders of $70 or more within the contiguous United States. Shipping for retail orders under $70 is calculated separately at checkout. Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders are excluded from the free shipping offer and require a separate shipping quote based on the order size, weight, and destination.

Can I return my order?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Sir Fausto products are never tested on animals.
