Refund Policy

At Sir Fausto, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be unopened and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used grooming products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened grooming products cannot be returned.
